A. Use of the Site

You may access and use this Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site to transmit harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site for any person who violates these Terms.

B. Workshop Registration and Attendance

Submitting a booking request through the Site constitutes an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Yutuje Doxeme. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any registration at our discretion, in which case any fees paid will be addressed in accordance with our cancellation process.

Participants are responsible for arriving on time and prepared to engage in hands-on food preparation activities. Participants must disclose known food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of registration. Yutuje Doxeme will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed restrictions but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

C. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site, including text, images, recipes, and instructional materials, is owned by or licensed to Yutuje Doxeme and is protected under United States copyright law. You may view and print Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site Content without our prior written permission.

Recipe cards and written materials provided at workshops are intended for your personal use at home. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes or distributed publicly.

D. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Yutuje Doxeme makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any Content. Workshop instruction is educational in nature. Fermentation outcomes depend on conditions outside our control, including home storage conditions, ingredient quality, and technique applied after the workshop.

Nothing on this Site constitutes nutritional, medical, or dietary advice. Participants with health conditions relevant to fermented foods should consult a qualified health professional independently.

E. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Yutuje Doxeme and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in a workshop. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific workshop session giving rise to the claim.

F. Photography and Recording

Photographs or video recordings taken during workshop sessions are for personal use only. You may not publish or distribute images that identify other participants without their explicit consent. Yutuje Doxeme may photograph sessions for use on the Site and in promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in such images, please notify us at the start of the session.

G. Health and Safety

Participants agree to follow all health and safety instructions provided during workshop sessions. The workshop environment involves food preparation, sharp utensils, and heat sources. Participants attend at their own risk and agree to take reasonable personal precautions. Yutuje Doxeme will maintain a clean and organized workspace consistent with applicable California food safety standards.

H. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised Terms become effective when posted to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

I. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
